Mystery Shopper Exercises either face to face or by phone so you can measure and monitor sales and service levels prior and post training.

Telephone sales coaching in work environment to minimise disruption to working patterns. Calls can be taped and analysed along with the delegate in a motivational , constructive manner.

Bite size training tasters. Half day, or sometimes even less, motivational sessions to provide an insight into valuable individual and team solutions. Also beneficial for those who are not used to the training environment.

Training Needs Analysis. Before we begin a programme it’s essential to know what’s needed so you are not investing in inappropriate solutions. We can come in and carry out a comprehensive training needs analysis.

Business Approach Questionnaire -( psychometric) An excellent tool for improving individual and departmental communication as well as identifying individual areas for development.

Pre course research. The trainer will come in and meet the team prior to drawing up the specific programme to ensure the material is accurately targeted and the delegates start to build up a relationship with the trainer and gain programme buy-in.

Agreeing objectives and post course evaluation. If training is to be cost effective it’s essential that individuals agree relevant objectives and these are followed up in the work environment. We can either deliver post course sessions or provide support to ensure objectives are being met.
