Assertiveness Skills Training
In our experience this is often a very misunderstood behaviour and is often confused with aggression. We are not born assertive and the behaviour does not come naturally to most people. However, the behaviour can be learned and by practice can become a very beneficial skill to use in many situations. Both passive and aggressive individuals will benefit from learning to be assertive and the positive impact it can have on individuals. Delegates will learn how to practice assertive behaviour and a whole range of assertive techniques to help them gain more self-respect, respect from others and become more effective at both in and out of work
